A sensor records accepted wheel passages. Relay reads the Squeekchain public API and plays each batch out smoothly.

How a run works

  1. Choose a racer and a run length, then start the run.
  2. Each accepted wheel passage moves your racer one pace around the rim.
  3. Pass the baton while your racer is in the gold zone. Passing early locks the baton for 2 seconds.
  4. Miss the zone and your racer stops at the line. Passages that arrive while it waits are lost until you pass.
  5. Your score is passages used plus baton points.

When the wheel rests, your racer waits with it. Practice uses a simulated wheel so you can learn the timing at any hour.
